Privacy Policy

Last updated September 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal data NexaCart collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have over it.

Who we are

NexaCart is the controller of your personal data for the purposes described here. NexaCart is owned and operated by Mujeeb Ur Rehman, a sole proprietor registered at Kot Langar Khel, Tehsil Ladha, District South Waziristan, Pakistan. See our Ownership Statement for full business ownership details.

What we collect

  • Account information: your name and email address (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us).
  • Order information: billing and shipping address, phone number, and what you ordered.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe or Safepay) -- we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Content you submit: product reviews and any messages you send us.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the site (like your session and cart), stored via cookies -- see the Cookies section below.

How we use it

To create and manage your account, process and fulfill your orders, arrange shipping with our fulfillment partner, handle payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and keep the site secure and working correctly. We use your data because it's necessary to fulfill your order and provide the service you've asked for, or because we have a legitimate business reason (like preventing fraud) that doesn't override your own rights.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the parties needed to run your order, never for advertising:

  • Our database and authentication provider (Supabase), which hosts your account and order data.
  • Our payment processor (Stripe or Safepay), to process your payment.
  • Our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping), who ships your order directly to you and needs your shipping address and order details to do that.
  • Google, only if you choose to sign in with your Google account.

We do not sell your personal data, and some of these providers may process or store data outside your own country, including in the United States.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart -- the site can't function correctly without these. We are not currently running any analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as we're required to for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. UK and EU customers have these rights under data protection law; California residents may have similar rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we've collected and to ask us to delete it (we do not sell personal data, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front). To exercise any of these rights, email us at ranjab653@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

How to complain

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, please email us at ranjab653@gmail.com first so we can try to put it right. UK customers who remain unsatisfied can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (transitioning to the Information Commission during 2026).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. This page will always show the date it was last updated.
