Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

NexaCart works with fulfillment partners who ship products directly from their own warehouses to you. Because of how international shipping works, we don't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or no longer want an item. We know this is different from a typical retail return policy, and we want to be upfront about it before you order.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, email us at ranjab653@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it, quoting your order number. We can cancel an order for a full refund only before it has been forwarded to our fulfillment partner for processing. Once an order has been forwarded for fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled -- the eligibility rules below still apply if something goes wrong with it.
When you ARE eligible for a refund or replacement
If any of the following happens, email us at ranjab653@gmail.com within 30 days of your order and we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order never arrived, or was significantly delayed beyond the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Please include your order number and, for a damaged or wrong item, a photo — this helps us resolve it quickly.
When a refund isn't available
We can't offer a refund or return just because an item wasn't what you expected, no longer fits your needs, or you'd simply prefer something else. This is because our products ship directly from supplier warehouses, and international return shipping is often more costly than the item itself.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and can take several business days to appear on your statement after we issue it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of your country that we are not permitted to contract around.
